Welcome to LIVE online classes. With minimal interruption to your daily routine, you can crush your fitness goals in a fun and friendly virtual atmosphere.  Download Zoom to your phone or computer, and click here to register. 


Monthly membership is $80+hst and includes access to all LIVE classes, as well as recordings of all classes updated weekly if you are not able to attend LIVE.

Classes are 45-min, all fitness levels are welcome, I always offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity.

BODY SCUPLT Strength-training is vital for your health and achieving your fitness goals, even weight loss. Knowing what to do and how to do it can be overwhelming, so let me take care of it. You will need a few weights for this class.

hiit With the effective use of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), burn way more calories in half the time of traditional cardio work.

BOXfiit Build stamina and lean muscle, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn a ton of calories in BOXfiit.  During High Intensity Training Intervals (HIIT), learn how to strike with proper form.  No equipment or experience necessary. 

GRITcamp The original GRIT class combines full body strength-training with cardio intervals in my very own version of bootcamp.  You will need a few weights.
