Combine full body strength-training with cardio intervals in my version of bootcamp.  Challenge yourself, have fun, and see results! Typical classes include conditioning and plyometrics, resistance training, boxing, ladder training, HIIT, circuits, kettle bells, skipping, sprints and much more!


Looking to relieve some stress?  The benefits of this kickboxing class are endless: train your cardiovacular system, improve agility, tone your body, relieve stress, challenge your mind!  Kickboxing skills are combined with conditioning exercises for a workout that is incredibly fun and challenging.


Strength-training is vital to your health and imperative to achieving your fitness goals, even weight loss!  Knowing what to do and how to do it can be overwhelming, so let me take care of it!  Burn calories and build muscle by continuously increasing resistance and varying exercises, in a safe environment. Be prepared to use TRX, cables, barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands and more!
