10-class pass $180 (must be used in 10 weeks)
OR 4-WEEK REGISTRATION OPTIONS:
1/week - $72 ($18/class)
2/week - $128 ($16/class)
3/week - $168 ($14/class)
4/week - $192 ($12/class)
For me, there's nothing better than working out with a group. There's this sense of family, camaraderie, positive peer pressure! And always a lot of good laughs. Train hard with a group of goal-oriented like-minded gritters, in a fun laid-back environment like no other!
With all of the shutdowns in the last little while, this is the thing I have missed most and I am THRILLED to be teaching classes again! All fitness levels are welcome, I always offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity.

SCUPLT Strength-training is vital for your health and achieving your fitness goals, even weight loss. Knowing what to do and how to do it can be overwhelming, so let me take care of it.
BOXFIT Build stamina and lean muscle, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn a ton of calories in BOXfiit. During High Intensity Training Intervals, learn how to strike with proper form.
GRITcamp The original GRIT class combines full body strength-training with cardio intervals in my very own version of bootcamp.
HIIT With the effective use of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), burn way more calories in half the time of traditional cardio work.
FUNDAMENTALS This is a low impact class that focuses on strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. While parts of this class will serve as active recovery after a tough week of workouts, you will push your body to improve functionality and overcome barriers that may be holding you back.
