For me, there's nothing better than working out with a small group. There's this sense of family, camaraderie, positive peer pressure! And always a lot of good laughs. Train hard with a small group of goal-oriented like-minded gritters, in a fun laid-back environment like no other!
With all of the shutdowns in the last little while, this is the thing I have missed most and I am THRILLED to be teaching classes again! Due to new health and safety measures, and distancing restrictions, spots will be limited (5-6 spots depending on the class), and many protocols are in place to ensure everyone's safety.
Classes are 45-min, all fitness levels are welcome, I always offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity.

HIIT With the effective use of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), burn way more calories in half the time of traditional cardio work.
BOXfiit Build stamina and lean muscle, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn a ton of calories in BOXfiit. During High Intensity Training Intervals, learn how to strike with proper form.
GRITcamp The original GRIT class combines full body strength-training with cardio intervals in my very own version of bootcamp.

There's a sliding scale for prices depending on your frequency. Register for 4 week intervals, after which you choose to continue on, or cancel. No long-term obligation! Just pick your frequency, pick your classes and get in touch ASAP to snag your spot!
