Whether your goal is weight loss, toning, strength training, fitness testing, obstacle course prep, or cardiovascular health improvement, I can help! I specialize in HIIT, kickboxing and full-body strength training. While achieving progression through thoughtful programming, it is my goal to keep workouts different, interesting and enjoyable.

 

Multiple packages are available, please contact for details, and train with a friend or loved one, and split the cost!

If you are new to GRIT, please complete the Online Registration Form.

*All sessions are 60 minutes in length.  *All packages must be paid in full at or before, the first session.  *All sales are final.  *24 hours notice is required to cancel or change appointments.  *All personal training packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.
