Whether your goal is weight loss, toning, strength training, fitness testing, obstacle course prep, or cardiovascular health improvement, I can help! I specialize in HIIT, kickboxing and full-body strength training. While achieving progression through thoughtful programming, it is my goal to keep workouts different, interesting and enjoyable.

 

Multiple packages are available, please contact for details, and train with a friend or loved one, and split the cost!  If you are new to GRIT, please complete the Online Registration Form.

*Sessions are 45 minutes in length.  

*All sales are final. Packages must be paid in full at or before the first session.   

*24 hours notice is required to cancel or change appointments.
