Crush your fitness goals at home!

Welcome to LIVE online classes. With minimal interruption to your daily routine, you can crush your fitness goals in a fun and friendly virtual atmosphere.  Download Zoom to your phone or computer, and contact me to register. 

 

Monthly membership is $60+hst and includes access to all LIVE classes, as well as recordings of all classes updated weekly if you are not able to attend LIVE.

Classes are 45-min, all fitness levels are welcome, I always offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity.

SCUPLT Strength-training is vital for your health and achieving your fitness goals, even weight loss. Knowing what to do and how to do it can be overwhelming, so let me take care of it. You will need a few weights for this class.

HIIT With the effective use of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), burn way more calories in half the time of traditional cardio work.

BOXFIT Build stamina and lean muscle, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn a ton of calories in BOXfiit.  During High Intensity Training Intervals (HIIT), learn how to strike with proper form.  No equipment or experience necessary. 

FUNDAMENTALS This is a low impact class that focuses on strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. While parts of this class will serve as active recovery after a tough week of workouts, you will push your body to improve functionality and overcome barriers that may be holding you back.
