Welcome to LIVE online classes.  With minimal interruption to your daily routine, you can crush your fitness goals in a fun and friendly virtual atmosphere.

Download Zoom to your phone or computer, and contact me for registration details.  All you need is a little bit of space to move around!  The following equipment is ideal but not essential: a mat, skipping rope, resistance band and a few weights.

Classes are 45-min, all fitness levels are welcome, I always offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity. Online Classes are $10 plus hst (e-transfer

Saturday gritcamp  9:45 AM 

BOXfit Build stamina and lean muscle, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn a ton of calories! No experience necessary. This class will be combined with an intense core / leg finisher.

hiit With the effective use of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), burn way more calories in half the time of traditional cardio work. This class will be combined with an intense ab or booty finisher.

GRITcamp The original GRIT class combines full body strength-training with cardio intervals in my very own version of bootcamp.
